AugustusRedwyne, what have you tried to alleviate the problem ? How long has this been occurring? Where in game does the crash occur?
Updated the OS, graphics drivers, and ran the Direct X troubleshooter.

This is a first time install of the game on this laptop. It happens after loading into the server and being able to control the character. Sometimes it is immediate, other times up to 30 minutes later. I cannot stay connected longer than 30 minutes.
