Physical Security Token

Recently came back to FF14 and wanted to add a security token to my account. I decided to purchase a physical one as wanted one for my keys.

Does anyone know how long they take to arrive (UK)

I want to know that, too, but for germany.
I preordered the shadowbringers-security token. But it's released over a week ago and still nothing. Do I only have to wait or is there a problem with them?

I think they're coming directly from Japan by rowboat, because I haven't received mine yet either.

Hm, maybe. Thought in europe it would be from france, but they're new, so you could be right.

Still waiting for mine too thought they might have had them ready to ship :'(

Haven't ever received mine either, checked the link in the email with my order and it says "Shipment Status: Preparing Order"...like seriously what's the hold up? They should've been preparing them for when they were supposed to release, not two weeks later!

Just contacted SE Support, been told that these take 6 weeks to ship and to expect it Mid / Late August

This is insanely frustrating as my account keeps locking out every day and forces me to change the password!!

Its not a prefect solution but could you can use the software token until the physical one arrives? Just make sure to write down the codes you will need to un-pair the software token from you account.
