The picture for the crafting material "Soybeans" clearly shows 4 peas in the pod (I suspect there is a 5th that is almost entirely hidden by the husk). However the item description reads, "These emerald legumes grow two to three beans per pod on stout bushes that are ready for harvest in the early fall."
