64-bit Mac Launcher Window Weirdness

Date & Time: Since the release of the 64 bit client for Mac
Frequency: Always
Launcher Version: 2019.06.10.0000.0001(4310635)
Steps:
1. Try to move the 64 bit launcher window by grabbing it by the title bar before the launcher has fully loaded the contents of the main window.
2. The window will stick to your mouse and even when it finishes loading you will not be able to use the launcher.
3. You must now quit the launcher from the dock and reopen it if you wish to log in or otherwise use the launcher.

To obtain the system information, open the FFXIV launcher and select Config → System Information → Display.

^ These instructions don't work for this launcher, either.

The launcher does run normally if I wait for it to load. The reason why this matters is because you can click it accidentally, or may wish to move it to somewhere other than the exact center of your screen. I am also in the habit of moving around windows that seem to be taking too long to load because certain programs, when run through WINE, display graphical issues until moved or resized. FFXIV is not one of these programs, but the habit is hard to shake, leading to sometimes needing to quit the launcher.
