Improve my damage.

I find my dps ridiculous, I'd like to improve it so your advice is valuable !

I often start the fight in OT and start like that:

Fast Blade -> Riot Blade -> Fight or Flight -> Goring Blade -> Circle of Scorn -> Spirits Within -> Requiescat -> Holy Spirit (X4) -> Confiteor

When my DOTs are installed, Requiescat is on CD or my mana bar is incomplete

I use the Royal Authority combo followed by Atonement

dont Requiescat until the end of your FoF otherwise you're wasting the FoF buff.

Basically you should be reappling goring just as FoF fades then use Req into Holy spirt + Confiteor

If you use fight or flight, then try to use only and as many "weapon skills" and "abilities" as possible, because it only increases damage of these.
When it has 1 or 2 seconds left, use Requiescat (it gets increased damage) and then spam "spells" so its 50% bonus will apply to them, remember the bonus will be applied for you if you use requiescat while having above 80%MP the bonus will stay for 12 seconds no matter the amount of MP you will have afterwards.
Requiescat increases damage for "spells", FoF increases for "weapon skills" and "abilities" it is very important you know which one is which on your PLD.

My another advice for you is to acknowledge the differences betwen Global cooldown skills and Off global cooldown skills. Global coldowns share their recast times with each other and off global cooldowns have separate cooldowns for them. Basically oGCD = Abilities and GCD = Weapon skills and Spells.
You should use oGCD skills in between each GCD skill, instead of using them one after another.

After fast attack you should immediately turn on Fight or Flight and then try to squish in Spirits within before riot blade will be ready to use, it is called double weaving and you could learn to fit 2x oGCD in between casts of GCD skills.

Another advice if you run dungeons and you are facing 3 and more enemies at one time you should forget about single target 1-2-3 combo and focus on your 1-2 AOE combo along with oGCD you could use in between. This will increase your DPS dramatically in multiple target fight.

Pretty much what the two above said.

Remember, Fight or Flight (FoF) Only increases PHYSICAL damage dealt - This does not apply to Holy spirit or other "Spells". With this in mind, try to use as many Goring/Royal combos as possible during FoF's active period, making sure to re-apply goring before it fades to get a fully buffed, full duration dot on the target before you transition to requiescat and using that to buff your spells. Weave oGCD's in-between all these, like circle of scorn and spirits within.

Always Goring Blade, the DoT potency is ridiculous.

No longer true, requiescat is no longer buffed by FoF, it has been changed from physical damage to unaspected damage. Doesn’t change anything about the rotation, just means you don’t need to get the requiescat into FoF anymore.

Always start with the physical rotation, not only is goring blade your highest potency attack, but you want to get your oGCDs on cooldown ASAP and they are buffed by FoF.

Generally a rotation should look something like:

(Shield lob if pulling) >circle of scorn + fast blade > riot blade + FoF > goring blade + spirits within > fast blade + intervene > riot blade + intervene > royal authority > atonement x3 > fast blade > riot blade + circle of scorn > goring blade. (FoF ends).

Requiescat > Holy Spirit x 4 > confiteor (use spirits within and circle of scorn as soon as they come off CD).

Then you just go back to goring combo > RA combo > atonement > goring combo until FoF is back up then just repeat from the beginning.

PLD rotation is very tight and set in stone so it’s fairly easy to follow.

This is incorrect, use Spirits Within on CD, delaying a use of it because hp penalty will cost you uses of it throughout the fight which is a bigger dps loss, and will cause it to fall out of sync with raid buffs.
