    Command+Click to Right Click no longer working

    I play on a Mac laptop and had used command+click to right click for things like selecting objects like the aetheryte and summoning bell. This no longer works since I started playing the early access. I can't find how to turn it back on. Not only am I used to it, but to use the current setting of a two finger click agitates my carpal tunnel and makes quests that involve hitting marked targets a lot more difficult. I feel like I've exhausted all my ways to get help, so I thought I'd ask here. Is there a way to turn back on command+click for right click?

    It may help you to know that, as a workaround, you can bind the confirm, cancel, and open submenu functions to specific keys:
