No longer true, requiescat is no longer buffed by FoF, it has been changed from physical damage to unaspected damage. Doesn’t change anything about the rotation, just means you don’t need to get the requiescat into FoF anymore.

How do I start the fight? With : Requiescat, Holy Spirit and Confiteor, followed by the combo Goring Blade, Circle of Scorn boosted with Fight or Flight?

Always start with the physical rotation, not only is goring blade your highest potency attack, but you want to get your oGCDs on cooldown ASAP and they are buffed by FoF.

Generally a rotation should look something like:

(Shield lob if pulling) >circle of scorn + fast blade > riot blade + FoF > goring blade + spirits within > fast blade + intervene > riot blade + intervene > royal authority > atonement x3 > fast blade > riot blade + circle of scorn > goring blade. (FoF ends).

Requiescat > Holy Spirit x 4 > confiteor (use spirits within and circle of scorn as soon as they come off CD).

Then you just go back to goring combo > RA combo > atonement > goring combo until FoF is back up then just repeat from the beginning.

PLD rotation is very tight and set in stone so it’s fairly easy to follow.
