I'm wondering why we didn't have any issues on Faerie? The queue has never been more than 15-25 people.

Has anyone mentioned the botters? I barely see them on Odin atm even the gil selling website ones are from Twintania using world visit, right now, botters have it so easy. If I recall you get 1 million gil and free game time for reaching level 30 on Twintania, correct me if I'm wrong. If this is still the case then every chinese "sgsgshgs agfgsga" botter is currently on those new servers milking it for all it's worth.
i had to wait like an hour, i hope they can fix this somehow.

People might be taking advantage of the transfer from Congested to Preferred worlds for free stuff.

Today seems fine so far, only 34 in queue at 20:05 CET.

This might be a newbie question, and maybe not even the place to ask it, but can someone tell me how these new servers normally turn out ? Whilst making my first ever FF14 character the Twintania server was the only server accepting new characters. At the time i was thinking "i'll be fine" but i'm starting to worry if that is the case. Will I be able to find a guild ? Guilds that would want to help a new player ? Is it even an english speaking server etc. etc. ?
I anyone could give me some pointers that would be great![]()
I have an English speaking FC with some new players still finding their feet along with some long term veterans willing to give tips and advice if you wanna hit me up. Thank a lot. I'll try to contact you in game !
Thanks for the quick reply. That does put my mind at ease. It might be the best choice after all thenShort version: You'll be fine.
When Stormblood launched they added the Omega and Louisoix servers. While they still have slightly lower populations than the other EU servers, they are not far behind. Plenty of activity on them, and plenty of Free Companies ("guilds") of various sorts.
Right now, soon after the servers were added, I expect the communities on Spriggan and Twintania are still in the process of organizing themselves and setting up Free Companies and such. Perfect time to get in if you want to help shape the community. Otherwise I expect things will start to settle soon enough, and they will become much like any other server.
As for languages used, all servers in the EU and NA datacenters have a substantial English-speaking population. Which other languages, if any, will be prevalent on any given server is largely up to the players and it is probably a bit too soon to tell how Twintania will turn out in that regard.![]()

I really do wonder what is going on. Going from +/- 200 queue on Twintania 3 days ago to nearly 2.5k at peak hours is a drastic increase. I'm sure the wanderers are part of the problem but I've seen plenty on the first days as well. If anything the amount of people who moved to Twintania seemed to have tripled. Limsa went from cozy with usually the same faces to congested with dozens of unknown people. Its almost as if some big influencer moved here and his/her fanbase along with it.
Edit: Right now it seems to be back to normal? 85 people in queue whereas yesterday at this same hour it was 1.8k
