Can we please have this removed? It really is asinine to have something like this these days. If you want to limit low level accounts (i.e. account only has a low level character, say under level 30), I get that. But if the account has a character in current expansion content, it should not have a limit of how many posts can be made in a day.

I've honestly never even seen such a thing on any forum I've ever used, especially not an official game's forum. Limiting posting to active accounts only, sure, but never have I seen limiting number of posts on an official game forum.
