Wars in need if potency increases

Warrior needs single target increases. Starting from the bottoms, inner beast needs increases at the lower lvls, 350 is weaker than eye and path. Fell cleave feels weak and is too weak to be the hit that makes up for our weaker eye and path combos. Pld gets a fell cleave every third GCD. Inner chaos needs a small increase too.

Please don’t nerf other thanks to make us feel stronger.
