The funny thing is that the few armour/headgear pieces that come together as one (i.e Odin's armour), allows the new races to have headgear equipped but it clips ridiculously. I saw a Viera wearing the Vermilion Coat of Casting and the ears just stuck straight through the hood so from a distance it looks like it actually works but closer you could see the clipping. Not seen a Hrothgar try wearing one but imagine there would be some clipping as well....
