I agree that Inner Beast does need a little tweak.

Its last potency change happened back when Storm's Eye damage buff was nerfed to 10% - from 300 to 350.
At the same time Butcher's Block' potency got buffed from 280 to 300.

Now, as the Butcher's Block combo has been removed, and our only combo finishers are Storm's Eye and Path with 380 potency, I would like to see IB at 380-400 potency to compensate the missing healing (and slashing bonus dmg) effect.

While the new charge system on Infuriate does give WAR 4 IB every 2nd Berserk window, please remember they revised the damage calculation. 200 potency now are not like 200 potency then (probably more like 170 or 180 potency). Also, WAR doesn't have any damage dealing oGCDs until 62 and 64 (in form of Onslaught and Upheaval), and at this point they already "lost" IB.

Still, I disagree with potency buffs on lvl 80. WAR might've the lowest or 2nd lowest DPS of all 4 tanks. But the difference is small - and more balanced compared to Stormblood. WAR is not the DPS tank anymore? As a WAR main, I don't care! As long as I enjoy the playstyle and not be at the rock bottom at DPS and utility, I don't see a real "problem".

As of right now, WAR is bonkers in dungeons. Nascent Flash + Chaotic Cyclone during big pulls, gets you from 1 HP to full in 1-2 sweeps.

A QoL change I would welcome, is Storm's Eye buff duration increased to 35/40s. In SB, some low SkS or "even higher" SkS builds tended to lose Storm's Eye for a few seconds or even whole combos, to hit buff windows - or you kept it up 100% and clipped Infuriate and gave a damn about buff windows. With the new charge system on Infuriate it became even more awkward.
It wouldn't change our rotation significantly, but a little more flexible.
(A change similar to SAM buffs from 30s to 40s.)
