This is not how you do math... if inner beast did 3 potency worth in one gcd it would have to be more than 880 potency in one hit... I’m not asking for that.


AVERAGE potency. You do not do 880 potency in one GCD, you have to do 3 GCDs to get to that total. So you average it out, it comes to 293.3, with inner beast beating it while only costing one GCD.
This is exactly how every comboless GCD is balanced.
Maybe this will make it easier to understand: Eye/Path potency is 380, right? You don't just slam the Path button and get 380 potency, you build up to it by doing 200 potency first, then 300 potency, then finally 380 potency. This is why you average them out, and why Inner Beast's 350 potency is more than fine. Hell, it was fine even when it was 300 in the past.
