Pld got 550 royal authority just on the 3rd gcd.

Which is not available in lvl 50 content, so irrelevant to the topic of Inner Beast

Fell cleave is 590 but cost 50 gauge.

It also automatically crits during Inner Relase, is replaced by one Inner Chaos at worst every 30s, which also automatically crits...So, unless we have some definitive parses showing the gap between the two (or between the 4), I'm not sure how to claim that WAR's potency are too low.

Right, lets do that then shall we? If I'm reading this right, which i might not be, buuuuuuuuuuuut:
Looking at the top ten for all tanks based on all star numbers, WAR/PLD/GNB all take 3 of the ten spots, leaving DRK with just one place in the top ten highest. In fact on this alone WAR places 3rd, after PLD in 2nd and GNB in 1st.
What could also play a factor in this? The number of total parses uploaded. PLD and GNB are both sitting at over 12k, DRK having 13k, and WAR only 10k. What that tells me is more people are playing a) the new hotness, b) the new DRK, and c) PLD what got even more upgrades to its kit. WAR didn't receive much in ways of change in 5.0, so ofc it's going to appear lackluster at first. We're still in the honeymoon phase, so I'd be willing to say "wait for things to normalize / wait for savage."

WAR, in both Titania, and Innocence, is sitting 3rd overall. Again, the trend of usage carries over, and GNB is ranked highest, with PLD 2nd in both fights. This is at 75th percentile. Isolating it to just innocence, and taking it down a notch to 40th, where I'd wager a lager pool of the playerbase sits (optimism, lol), we get the following:
GNB 1st, WAR 2nd, PLD 3rd, DRK 4th. In fact, you have to go to the 70th percentile to see PLD overtake WAR in total damage.

If anything I can take from this, it's that WAR is fine; at the higher ends of play sure it's lagging, and maybe a boost to it's damage might be warranted... if it werent for an about 100 DPS difference at 70th, and again about 100 DPS at 95th percentile. If anything, DRK needs a DPS buff more than WAR does. If we're going to go by FFLogs, that is.
