Fell cleave does 30% of our entire damage inner chaos is 19 autos is 14 the rest is ogcd and our combos. The only thing that needs a buff is onslaught which is .95%

Onslaught is situational and takes 20 gauge that you could be using for a fell cleave to lower your infuriate cd. That is why onslaught is so dmg is low in your stats. Increasing the potency of onslaught to justify the use of it over FC would have to be a huge potency buff or change functionality of it. They could change functionality to be like the other tank gap closers, which would increase dps, but the cheap and easy fix would increase fc and ic.
