Seriously, they really need to change to DPS north. And it's being hell to change their minds. But after, it's easy clears.

Melees should ask for this change on their groups. It's the first week.

You know why this strat doesn’t matter is because that North add should already be dead which in most good parties it is. So this essential makes it a pointless strat

That's been my experience as well. By the time the knock back happens the North add is like 2 hits from dying, always. With a party that's barely making the timer I can see why this strat might be better but if people are semi-competent that add should be dead by then.

Yes, for farm parties it's not a big of a deal. The problem is in the practice and clear ones. Most of the time we got the clear because of this change.
