Why no practice dummies in the cities?

It's a pain to have to go travel to some remote outpost to practice your rotations. I still don't know where they are in ShB at the moment.

There's so much room in the Crystarium that they could have put a dozen of them off in a corner without bothering anyone with the noise.

Edit: Fastest set of dummies to get to from Crystarium:
No teleport fees, two load screens.

Aethernet > Amaro Launch > Kholusia > North a bit to Stilltide, they're just south of the settlement. Free trip back via Amaro if you don't want to eat your return.

I wonder if it's a performance issue, as cities tend to be more crowded all the combat effects might be too much. I agree though, it would be nice.

Our inn room is certainly large enough to accommodate a target dummy. ....or ten.

I would love it if they were in more convenient places like cities too. If you're still looking for ShB dummies I know there are some at Stilltide in Kholusia. I could have sworn I saw some elsewhere but I can't remember at the moment.

There are some Lv80 striking dummies in the Lv79-80 zone by the northern aetheryte, they're usually in the last or second-to-last area of MSQ.
