I found timed nodes to be annoying to keep track of and chase. I just went and farmed the non-timed collectibles when I had the time and inclination. I hate being on someone else's schedule and bouncing from zone to zone. Thankfully you can gather collectibles from non-timed nodes, for as long and as often as you want, that are nearly as lucrative as far as xp goes (though admittedly they dont reward as many yellow scrips).

How many men am I involved with? Well that depends... do you mean men as in males? Or just midlanders?

    Thank you for posting this

Also is there not a tracker now implemented in game? I though i had read there was.

    https://garlandtools.org/bell/ (ffxiv-clock wasnt updated when I checked).

Or you can macro alarms (they aren't as nice as third party tools):

    /alarm "7 AA M" et rp 0000 1
    /alarm "8 K M" et rp 0200 1
    /alarm "6 IM M" et rp 0600 1
    /alarm "7 AA M" et rp 1200 1
    /alarm "8 K M" et rp 1400 1
    /alarm "6 IM M" et rp 1800 1
    /alarm "2 IM B" et rp 0000 1
    /alarm "7 AA B" et rp 0800 1
    /alarm "3 Khol B" et rp 1000 1
    /alarm "2 IM B" et rp 0000 1
    /alarm "7 AA B" et rp 2000 1
    /alarm "3 Khol B" et rp 2200 1

Sort of... by "tracker" what they really meant was the node times show up in your gathering log. So if you go and look up (for instance) white oak branches, you'll see the Eorzean spawn times listed with the item.

It's less useful than I'd like. Using alarms or third party websites is still a better option.

Yeah true. I really wanted to only rely on the game, but only time is given, you still have to hit a website for the actual node slot number.

You can save the slot info in alarm macros:
    Code:
    /alarm "item/zone/aetheryte/slot/etc" et rp 0000 1
    • Put whatever you want in the quotes, it's what will be spit out into your chat log
    • et is for Eorzea (game) time
    • rp makes it repeat each game day until you log out
    • Replace 0000 with the time the node pops, in 24 hour format
    • The 1 at the end is the number of minutes in advance you get the notice
