Try searching your email for your final order confirmation (when you were actually charged payment) or "order is ready" email. There should be a red button in each of those emails to access your content.

Yeah the email gives me a link to the SE store and says "Log into your Square Enix Store account and visit "Your Orders." Locate your Shadowbringers order and click on “UNLOCK THE ACTIVATION KEY” to obtain your registration code to redeem on the Mog Station. Instructions on redeeming can be found here." Under my SHB copy it has a button to "See Unlocked Key," but when I press that it opens up a new tab to a blank SE website page.
