    Shadowbringers Expansion was removed from my service account

    Shadowbringers was removed from my service account randomly. I had early access, my character is level 80, and now I don't have the expansion on my account. I'm unable to use my expansion code because it says it's already in use. What's going on? I refuse to spend another $60 dollars to play the expansion I already purchased. Especially when this can happen again.

    You need to login to your NA Store Square Enix. https://store.na.square-enix-games.com/en_US/

    Login at the top right, then go to your My Order and click Unlock Key and enter that key for your expansion. The key you get from email is only for early access.

    you never used your registration code, you used a preorder code for bonus DLC, including early access.
    they are 2 different codes.
