Those numbers are taken from current duties and match theoretical predictions within the margin of error. There maybe future instances which force us lower, but I wouldn't want to count down time as part of my active button pressing time which makes up the majority of fights. For Dark knight this is down from 46 CPM. People predicted a 10 CPM lowering, and here it is.

Not really realistic, those numbers shows the highest possible CPM with offensive skills only on about 99% active rate. Its the numbers someone took out from calculator, warrior having 30-31 is his max possible speed.
