It was super situational and you used it maybe a handful of times in raids like O3S or O7S for adds other than that wasn't worth the cost associated with it I like FoS where I can even get a free one with TBN much more engaging than blowing half my mana for a mediocre blind.
The solution was to buff the potency to justify the absurd MP cost but NOPE replacing it with a more quarter-baked skill seems to be the better alternative...
