Leves for solo + quests. And then there is always the option to get a party and camp some mobs for xp chains. Using the inns for rested bonuses as well as the dungeons for some added fun and xp, I think you'll find plenty of ways to level. I don't power level myself, but it's not the only option around.

Not a lot of people around that have lower levels to actually grind your way up with, so if you meet someone around it'd be good advice to try and befriend them for the mutual benefit.

    This^

I came across a low level new player during my journey and leveling as a DUO is much more fun/faster compared to soloing. We STart by busting out our leves and doing them as high as we can. If we both still have time we find a nice camp for mobs slightly higher than us.

Doing the same thing solo will also help you out if you can't find someone to run with.

Thanks for the replies. What is a good combo for duoing early on? Also what are some recommended class abilities I should mix in to help leveling? Cure and Second Wind?

Cure and Second Wind is a must for a smooth experience. Protect also is good to have to lessen the damage.

I think a Duo can be done by any class combo as long as you have the above skills. If it's a DoW/DoM combo just make the DoW take the damage.

    GLA - A Tank
    MRD- Can be a Tank
    PUG- Good at evading...possible tank/offtank?

DoM also can wipe through mobs rather quickly with their damage. The only issue I see with them are running out of MP and the constant down times at lower levels(from my experiences of getting my CNJ to 15).

for first 25 level i think you only can solo/duoing, because I rarely see party going on that level. The best way is joining a linkshell and asking them whether they want to do light party on leveling

I find that different jobs level best in different ways. When I play CNJ, for instance, I find it's much more fun and much faster to play with groups. Any groups you can find for your level really, Shposhae groups (they do exist, sometimes!!), general exp kill-lots-of-mobs groups, Toto-rak Dungeon groups etc.

When I play PGL, I find soloing to be a lot more fun, and I do levequests and farm in Sphoshae and stuff at lower levels.

Pretty much what everyone else said. Solo Leves, and when you can get them Grand Company Leves. If you have a promotion to top rank you get extra leves that are NOT 15 min each...and one that is 15 min but is "kill as much as you can!". Good EXP, good seals.

Mid level like 30ish if you get a pty you can go about the Beastman encampment, keep away from the high level spawns and grab the weaker ones.

40's Beastman Strongholds are awesome for exp with a GOOD pty.
