    Game does not recognize graphics card.

    Hello!

    I'm currently using a ASUS TUF Gaming laptop with switchable graphics. Whenever I log into FFXIV, the game does not recognize my RX 560 discrete card, and will only use the Vega 8 graphics on my CPU. I've tried changing these settings outside of the game to no avail. Is there anyone who has similar problems to these?

    Is this a new laptop or have you played on it before and are just now having this issue?

    Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
