    My copy of Shadowbringers was somehow removed.

    Hello. I tried to log in today, and the game asked me for a Shadowbringers key. I thought this was odd, but I just skipped it and didn't think much of it. When I tried to do Expert roulette, it said that I don't have a copy of Shadowbringers registered.

    I went to the Mogstation, and sure enough it said I don't have Shadowbringers. When I tried to enter in my Shadowbringers code from Steam, it said that "The entered code has already been registered."

    Well I can't play it. I can't give my registered code because I already entered it but for some reason I can't play it. Please help!

    This is also happening to me! I don't have the game through steam, but I'm having this same problem!

    To the others, you registered the preorder code, not the actual registration code.
    the deadline was the 5th.

    This is a copy paste of another user and how to fix it.

    PROBLEM RESOLVED

    So this was my problem:


    I had to dig back into my emails, to retrieve that old email that sent me the Shadowbringer Pre-Order activation code.
    I clicked that red button that says "CLICK HERE TO GET ACCESS TO YOUR PRODUCTS".
    It brought me to the page which I got my Pre-Order activation code. But now a new button appeared that for me to retrieve the REAL Shadowbringer activation code.

    After that, I logged into Mog Station, pressed "YOUR ACCOUNT", and then just entered the code in there.

    Problem fully resolved!

    I think it's because it's a multi platform game, so they then to allow registration on server side of your account.

    I had the same problem and the link from my email showed:

    Sorry, this order is not validated.

    I had to buy another copy to play.

    Noted that in my case it's probably the credit card issue.
