PS4 Error CE-34878-0 caused by Shadowbringers bug

PS4 with the error CE-34878-0 only during Character Creation and Aesthetician and NO WHERE ELSE.

THE ISSUE HAPPENS ONLY WHERE STATED. NOT IN OTHER GAMES OR OTHER AREAS OF FFXIV.

Every time i mention it, i am directed to Playstation Support for this issue and they tell me it is a problem with FFXIV and not the console itself but I am constantly ignored and sent back to Playstation Support.

If you require proof, please provide me with an email where I can send pictures of the comments made by Playstation support themselves.

To clarify, again, Playstation themselves have told me that this error code can very well be a problem with FFXIV that Square Enix needs to address and is not necessarily a Playstation issue.

Please stop moving these threads to 'separate support' because this is an IN GAME issue. It has nothing to do with Playstation. Please forward this so that it at least may be looked into.

I think they’re working on a hot fix for this because it’s been reported a lot on here, reddit and various other sites

I looked into this a bit more. The error you are receiving is indeed a Playstation-specific error that can occur in multiple games. Aside from reinstalling the game, which you have already tried, there isn't anymore troubleshooting we can provide. For further assistance, please contact Playstation support.

I understand you have done this already. However, as this is a Playstation-specific error, our support with this is limited.
