Shadowbringers Steam code

I understand that the early access now has ended and everyone is required to put in their actual Shadowbringers' code. I went to mog station and tried to put my Steam CDkey in only to be greeted with the message " The entered code is invalid." Don't know if it's just the problem on my end, since it is different from the message "The entered code has already been registered."

Steam has two codes usually under CD Keys, one is for pre-order bonuses and the second is for the actual game. Have you double checked you've not entered the wrong code?

Apparently you need to register it under the special DLC register tab on Mog Station. I've got mine now.

You've put it in the item code most likely.

Shadow bringers is not an 'item code'.

But is that big red button really so hard to see? I mean I never had issues with expansions codes since I started this game since ARR.

I wonder why there seems to be so many people with issues.
