Steps:
1. Log in to main menu of Shadowbringers.
2. Wait for Shadowbringers opening movie to start playing.
3. Movie plays normally at first. As the movie progresses, the audio and video become de-synced from each other. This issue worsens over time until character voice clips are heard ~1 second before the lip sync animation begins.
4. In addition, the audio and video begin to stutter progressively more often as the movie plays.
5. The audio/video de-sync occurs in the same manner each time the movie plays. The stuttering occurs to varying degrees with each play.
6. No issues occur during actual gameplay. The other movies that can be selected from the main menu play with no issues.
