We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with FINAL FANTASY XIV: Shadowbringers. Early access for the game has ended on the 5th of July at 11:59pm, This means that if you only had the early access license registered to your account you would now need to now register your full game code to be able to continue playing the expansion.
Please note that if you are playing on the PC or Mac and your code starts with RT4E, RF4A or RK4E then that is just the early access code and you cannot redeem that again, if you do not yet have your full game code then please read through the information below for more details :
• PC/MacPlayStation 4 Physical Purchase
The game would be shipped to you by the retailer and the code for the expansion would be in the game box
• Steam
You can right click the game in your Steam library and select "View CD Key" to see your full game code, please note you may see multiple codes for Shadowbringers but one will be your early access code and the other will be your full game code.
• PC/Mac Digital Purchase
The code would be emailed to you by the retailer you purchased the game from, if it was from the SQUARE ENIX Online store the code will also be visible in your order history.
• PlayStation 4 Digital Purchase
You would simply need to log into the game via the launcher and you will be prompted to register the expansion to your account.
If you pre-ordered the game on the SQUARE ENIX Store then they ship/email the codes with the intent they arrive on the day of release(the 2nd of July) if your order was for a digital version of the game on the SQUARE ENIX Store please refer to the order confirmation email you were sent when you purchased the game and click the "Click here to get access to your products" link which will take you to see your activation key.
