So after shadowbringers launch i was having the dx11 issues which the patch roll back on the fps limit fixed fixed. Now today i started getting this new error when loading in dx11 and cannot access the game in this mode.
A fatal DirectX error has occurred.(11000002)
Only way i can get the game to run is to play it in dx9 mode again. It was nice being able to run it in dx11 mode for two days, but now i am back to dx9.
On top of that in dx9 mode the game window goes funny, cuts out the picture then it comes back, this is also new, and did not happen in dx9 mode when i was running it in that before the hotfix patch on the 4th.
I don't know what has caused these new errors, i ran it fine in 11 yesterday and i am unaware of any patches since last i loaded the game.
I have not installed or changed anything on my machine since last time i ran ffxiv. My machine is exactly the same as it was yesterday.
Find some basic info on my specs below from dxdiag. I am wary about posting too much info publicly, so if any other specific info from dxdiag is needed please post so i can provide.
