    ShadowBrings: Steam

    Purchased Shadowbrings on Saturday for my PC. (Did pre-release on PS4.)

    Content shows installed, and when I came back to FFXIV I bought the bundle from Steam + Stormblood. With Shadowbringers though, the DLC shows installed but the character log in screen says I need to have it installed.

    Mogstation doesn't show Win' being installed and the DLC keys I have in steam do not work in mog station. There are only 2 now. Not sure what else to do.

    this is a guide how to register, yesterday when i registered my shb version i did also select the "item code" registration because i didn't see the "expansion registration field" at first.
    i had already registered the early access so i did play shb, but forgot to enter the "expansion" code so i had to go back and enter it.

    It's not a silly question at all. I did buy the Shadowbringers from Steam. Their support says to call SE, and since it's Steam I guess Lodestone isn't the right place for it.

    I've tried both the keys in mog station but they give me an error. So I guess my next step is to call the 1-800 and make a new friend! Thank you everyone for the input!
