Scholar Fairy abilities are not queuing

In-game time: Since shadowbringers launch
Steps:
1. Use any hotbar action that involves Fairy; Whispering Dawn, Fey Illumination. Have seen others mention Fey Blessing and therefore assume Consolution.
2. If fairy is casting embrace the action I ask it to use does not queue or cast.
3. Recast time begins meaning I have lost an action for a minute(or cooldown) with no spell effect going off.

Please can than this be acknowledged as a bug and hopefully be remedied soon as in effect, for the majority of encounters, our fairies have only embrace; that we can no longer control.

After further testing it isnt if fairy is using embrace, its if I am casting a spell such as broil, then use whispering dawn or fey illumination "too fast" just as my cast bar for broil ends, the animation for asking my fairy to use their skill will go off, the recast timer begins but no spell actually goes off.
