    The Light of Inspriation [incorrect quest level]

    When submitting a bug report, please use the below template and thoroughly fill out the necessary information.

    NPC name: Grenoldt:
    Class/Level: Any/79
    Quest: The Light of inspiration.

    Steps:
    1. Achieve level 79
    2. Reach Main story quest "The Light of Inspiration"
    3. Grenoldt Refuses to allow quest to continue.
    4. Prerequisite:
    Grenoldt seeks a particular kind of inspiration─the kind that crystallizes only at the culmination of a long and tragic tale.
    Complete any of the role quest lines available at the Wandering Stairs in the Crystarium, then return to Grenoldt once more.

    5. Role Quest level 80 is not accessible at level 79.

    I am having the same issue except I am level 80. It appears as though the level 80 job quest is not appearing for me.
