This is a bit of a niche post, but for those who may be impacted...

Canadian Orders for the Shadowbringers Physical Collectors Edition are being delivered, but be sure to watch if you are asked to pay taxes when the package is delivered and compare to your invoice/receipt on the Square-Enix Online Store. The Online Store actually already withheld the taxes at point of sale, but -- due to an error by the shipping company -- Technicolor did not indicate this anywhere on the package. As a result, CBSA assessed that taxes were owing (at least for me -- maybe others got lucky).

If this happens to you, the best thing to do is probably to still accept the package, pay the taxes + fee, and then fill out the reverse of the CBSA Postal Import Form to request a refund and mail it in. (The instructions on who to mail it to are indicated on that form.)
You should include a copy of your invoice/receipt that shows Canadian taxes were already withheld. I'm also going to include the customs declaration form and a letter to help explain the issue.

Hopefully everyone else is lucky and won't have to deal with this additional hassle... but just figured I should post in case it helps someone know what to do.
