    Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Just for clarification, are these the PC specs for his system or yours? Could he try doing a cleanboot? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' If he has not done so already, please tell him to disable any overlays.

    Nothing on her computer is obstructing the game from running.
