I PAID FOR THE GAME, I'M ON ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE GAME AND I CAN'T LOGIN BECAUSE THERE ARE MORE THAN 1000 PEOPLE IN QUEUE WHEN I WANT TO PLAY. I DON'T CARE HOW, I WANT THIS SOLVED NOW AND I DEMAND 4 FREE DAYS OF PLAY TO COMPENSATE FOR THE DAYS I WASN'T ABLE TO LOGIN. AND NO, I'M NOT MOVING TO ANOTHER SERVER. I HAVE AN ACCOUNT SINCE CLOSED BETA AND MY CURRENT CHAR WAS CREATED MORE THAN A YEAR AGO. IT'S YOUR FAULT YOU ALLOWED SO MANY NEW CHARS ON CERBERUS. I DEMAND AN ANSWER TO THIS FROM SE ASAP

What are you talking about? I'm on Cerberus and my prime time login queue of 1900+ last night was a matter of maybe 15 minutes.

SE: Hey guys, we're releasing this new hype expansion soon, we have all the data about pre-orders and associated characters but you know what? We don't want to use the money you paid us for server upgrades cause it's expensive, y'know, and we do not want to manage the number of characters on each world, 'cause it's just such a hassle. You will just need to wait in queues for 30-60 minutes and if you only get to try to play in peak hours... well, unlucky ;P We will of course not make any refunds or paid time extensions, because we just can't give stuff for free, it's market economy, y'know. We'll just write on the web-site that you'll have to wait for the service you have paid for and we will leave any complaints unanswered and just move them to a trash pile of general discussion, where it can rot forever, cause it's not a law suit that you can't just shrug off (:

They literally just added 2 new servers.

They can't increase the capacity of a single server, because there's only so much data it can carry. It's not like a hard drive you can just upgrade to a bigger one, it's how much data is streamed through it.
You can up the size of the room but a doorway is a doorway.

That's why they added new servers.
If the players all want to crowd into one overpopulated server instead of moving to the quiet one, then yeah, that's a player problem.
