    Bigger apartments, maybe?

If the housing problem is such a problem to the point where I would rather just buy an apartment to get through the line of timer campers. It made me think, why not just offer people a larger apartment upgrade or something for a fraction of the price of a land plot. Of course it would still be a flat but it's better than making people wait for a random ass timer and wasting their game time doing so.

Let's do some math real quick. (I'm going to use the average cost for a Grade-3 plot with no price reduction)
If a small plot is 3.375 million and a small apartment is 500k is about 15% of the cost, then doing some more math:
Medium at 18 million would be 3.7 million and you could average that to 4 mil or 3.5, whatever.
And of course Large at 45 million would make a large apartment 6.75 million.

Prices can be adjusted to whatever, it's a flat, the downside would be not having a yard, but everything you would need (market board, bell and stable) are all outside right in front of the apartment building. But while I'm in a suggesting mood, why not a penthouse as well. With my thinking it would be the same as a large, just a bit extra for a small balcony with a rooftop view of the housing zone.

That's just my thoughts. Lemme know what you think and maybe we can have square offer more choice to players in terms of "relax content."

It's been asked for and is on their long laundry list of things being 'looked into'. I don't think they've mentioned anything on it lately, though there was an old interview that had to be translated where the director stated they could not adjust the interiors of houses. Whether or not this applies to the apartments as well (since both spaces are instanced) I don't know.
