Players either have the time to run this or they can avoid it, there are other means of obtaining exp though but if anything the rewards could be upped slightly (let it offer GC seals as well maybe...).
I don't know if I would agree with your statement. In its current format it should reward one full xp bar per run for those forced to suffer through what is currently one of the worst tortures imaginable.
