I could ask a lore related question about literally any character that involves something that happened during Shadowbringers, simply change the thread title from Graha to Tataru. Would that be a spoiler?Actually, the title is, because
it implies that he is related to or is involved in Shadowbringers. Something that one would have no reason to expect if one kept away from trailers, forums and other info. Given the fact that OP had a specific lore q about him, it also suggests he has some importance.
So yeah, it is a spoiler.
Name drops without context are not spoilers my friend.
That's not quite accurate. He was awoken in the future of the Source, and directly involved in the plan to transport the tower through time and space to the First.
See the cutscene from 'The Unbroken Thread' where he explains the entire story to Urianger, and read the datalogs in the Twinning dungeon.
I agree with the others - particularly for someone who has played CT and recognises the character name, it's inherently a spoiler to know that information about him will somehow be relevant to Shadowbringers.
Asking a "lore question about the Exarch" would be better because that is a character name linked with the story from the start, and there's no prior association with it.
So what? It says no actual plot details about the character or what the character does in the story. If you never even did Crystal Tower (and therefore would have no clear indications about who the mystery character actually is), the name "G'raha Tia" would mean absolutely nothing to you anyway.Actually, the title is, because it implies that he is related to or is involved in Shadowbringers.
Come on ppl we called him like the moment we saw the vid, even before he was amog the ppl we suspected for being the voice calling us...
I know it's obvious and all, but still it's easy enough to use "Exarch" in the title and it wouldn't even be debatably a kinda sorta spoiler.
If you've done CT, that gives enough context to know who G'raha is and that he should be having a big 'ol nap under the crystal tower right now. The very tower right smack in the middle of the main Shadowbringers hub. Doesn't take much to connect the dots even with that one small bit of information.
I mean, I heavily suspected we'd be seeing him in this expansion, but it wasn't confirmed until it was confirmed. So yeah... I'd call it a spoiler.
Which like, (and this isn't directed at you) why bump this thread when the op deleted their question because of the spoiler in the title lol
Doesn't matter. Some people either didn't guess or weren't sure. Heck, I know at least one person who didn't watch the CT cutscenes and so couldn't have seen it coming - and has now gone back to learn more about who he is.
So it's not a huge spoiler, but it is a spoiler.
But then people would know that the SB2 story features a character called the Crystal Exarch. They'd know his name and everything. Obviously a spoiler, if we're to follow the same sort of logic (which I personally don't)I know it's obvious and all, but still it's easy enough to use "Exarch" in the title and it wouldn't even be debatably a kinda sorta spoiler.
Yes it does.
Assuming we did CT, one could remember him going into CT, and
the CE becoming part of the CT here in SHB, you can pretty much but 1 and 1 together.
It's a spoiler.
That's like putting Hachterfrant (sp) in the title and put (Shb spoiler)
would could imply he's back or something related to him.
A lot of us has done CT before this expansion lol.
Also not a spoiler. Spoilers are directly stated plot/character details, not inferences/speculations that you're guessing at.That's like putting Hachterfrant (sp) in the title and put (Shb spoiler)
would could imply he's back or something related to him.
