    NPC: Aarner
    Quest: Scattered to the Winds
    Location: Amh Araeng > The Canopy (x12.2, y11.4)
    Steps:
    1. Accept quest "Scattered to the Winds"
    2. Find all 3 pieces of jewelry
    3. Speak with Aarner
    Aarner says:
    "Wait... Now I've had a good look at you—are you perchance one of those responsible from freeing us from Vauthry's influence?"
    He should say:
    "Wait... Now I've had a good look at you—are you perchance one of those responsible for freeing us from Vauthry's influence?"
