You're probably better off not waiting. They don't seem to ever change back once they are listed as congested, and if they do it's very rare.

Until enough people have moved away from Hyperion. Hard to predict how long that will take. Maybe a few weeks, maybe several months.

I've been Hyperion since launch, not many issues on this server and the end-game community is pretty decent. No complaints. It is tricky to get into sometimes, but it does open up.

Tell your friends to move to your server instead. Congestion is a terrible thing. If you like waiting 30mins to login bare-minimum then by all means... But don't expect to have a great experience with the world visit system or recovering from a 9k error. Right now your best thing to do is to stay on the least congested server until the expansion hype cools down.
