On your system report it shows that the drivers were updated to a 2018 version. Was this intentional? There is a more recent version of the drivers available for your graphics card. If you have not done so already, please do a cleanboot. Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
