error 17 constant crash last 24 hours when loading in game

Hi there

Every time I select my char and then you get the loading screen, it starts to load and then it just crashes saying error 17, only been happening last 24 hours, also when go to create new character it does the same, could it be a dx 11 issue, just can't figure out why it does this after working fine since launch of expansion

How long have you been experiencing this issue? Did it start during early access? Or when Shadowbringers was finally released? What have you tried to alleviate the issue?

I have also been experiencing this error, it happend after the shadowbringer release and i have had to reinstall the game about 3 times for it to even work properly. and even then it has sprung up again.

Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue?
