    1.21 Bug fixes - Accuracy change

    Does anyone know what the bug was? Been looking around for information on it but I can't seem to find out what exactly was changed or what was the problem before 1.21.

    the problem was getting 100% accurazy from party bonus. Now, while the accuracy it's significative, isn't so impressive as before and stat accuracy have a meaning
