    Continual suspicious activity

I'm noticing anytime I log into the square enix store website, shortly after I get an email and have to change my password. it happens EVERY TIME I log into the store website... From the same computer. It's starting to become really tedious as I get kicked from the game because I wanted to browse other games or see if my product code came in.

If you do it from your phone or tablet, that's why. It will look like 'suspicious activity'. If you access from an actual computer it should be safe, but your phone will be flagged as suspicious everytime.

It's literally only from my pc, so like I said, the same device. It's just ridiculous at this point.

I'm having the same problem, and i'm using the same browser, with same setting, same cookies, and it still makes me change my bloody password everytime I log into it.

Knock it off, dammit! I'm tired of getting kicked for that!

See if there is an option to 'register' your computer or add the site to your 'trusted' sites in your browser settings. Also add it to your pop-up block list (for exemptions). You could also try lowering the overall security settings, but thats a last resort thing. Also if you have 3rd party virus protection, you might want to add the site to your firewall exemption list. Sometimes 3rd party software will block tracking scripts, like cookies and that might be where the 'suspicous' activity is coming from.

I'm having the same issue. I've always blocked tracking cookies, and it's never triggered "suspicious activity" locks for the (literally) 175 other accounts I own for various websites and services. It's unfortunate in this case because it affects 3-7 other people when I queue into an instance and get DC'ed some time after using the online store.
