    PS4 Character Creation/Aesthetician causing CE-34878-0 error

    My fiance has been experiencing crashes on her PS4 with the error CE-34878-0 only during CC and Aesthetician when editing a Viera. This error does not occur when playing normally. She has already contacted Square Enix support which directed her to Playstation support and she has reinstalled FFXIV as per their request and it has not solved the issue. These are many people reporting the issue on the official forums and twitter but are being dismissed saying it is a PS4 issue when it is clearly isolated and can be recreated.
