    Unable to patch game [30413][25008][10009]

    I am unable to patch the game (5.0 Shadowbringers) and get these errors.
    I have had a bit of a search and come across this thred:

    I have done everything the moderator said to do to fix it.
    I have also called my ISP and they have unlocked all ports on my account.
    Note that i have since the last time i patched have changed both ISP and router as i have switched from adsl2+ to HFC based internet. I suspect that is the cause but to be safe have tried everything i can find that resolved this issue for others.
    My ISP has ensured my that everything on my end is open/unlocked/receiving etc and that is all they can help me with.
    I have diasbled all firewall/antivirus etc, tried with and without a VPN, reinstalled latest IE11 browser and configured settings to suit but still no luck.
    Have tried everything in admin mode/all compatibility settings etc.
    Any prompt help would be appreciated as this is my first xpac release experience with FF14 and so far it is far from ideal if i cant even play!

    Make sure you don't have your documents or game files sync to OneDrive or any FFXIV files sync to OneDrive if you are on windows 10. Simple fix.

    Onedrive was one of the first things i uninstalled a long time ago and have never signed in or used it. I only wish it were that simple...

    Spoken once again with my ISP to be 100% its not them and they assume me they do not block/restrict etc anything for any customers and double checked my account and there is nothing they can see on their side that would cause this, and that its either an issue with my end or SE's end. Given that everyone else doesnt have problems with patching and this has only occured since ive changed router/ISP/type of connection ill assume its on my end.
    In saying that ive done everything possible to ensure that my computer is open to accepting absolutely everything data wise, changed DNS servers/settings etc etc i have no idea whats left to do.
    Given that for Australia the webchat support is open at 2am i doubt ill be able to go through webchat and will have to wait for the excrutiatingly slow email support (been 2 days since i lodged a ticket and not even a first response has come through...). At this point this is probably a deal breaker for me if i cant reslove this soon =(

    Things i have done that ive forgotten to mention in the first post/have done since are trying to tether off my mobile network to remove the hardline internet from the equation (no change) and complete system wipe of anything ff14 including documents etc that are still left behind after an install - still no change (except now i have to redownload the whole game again if i get this issue sorted)
    Double checked i do not have anything onedrive on my computer which i dont.

    If using WiFi, please make try connecting directly to the router. Make sure the game is allowed through the router. Check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router. You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you:

    Hi Dynratygus,
    I am having trouble patching for the last 2 weeks, throughout pretty much the 24 hour spectrum, i can safely rule out congestion as a cause for not being able to patch the game at all - over what will now be hundreds of attempts.
    I am connected via ethernet already, however i have tried wifi, and additionally trying through my other internet tethered off my phone, which is also the same problem, therefore ruling out my internet as the cause as i have been able to previously download through my phone internet as well.
    I have contacted my ISP several times and they have ensured me everything is open and running fine on their end with them not restricting data in any way over any ports, those listed in particular.

    Thank you for the reply LYagami.

    The troubleshooting we and the Square Enix Support Center can provide deals directly with your home network. If you have attempted all of the suggested troubleshooting, you are likely running into an issue on your way to the server. This doesn't necessarily mean that your internet connection is faulty (nor is your ISP incorrect in stating they aren't restricting any data), only that you have an issue along that particular route.

    Well i have lodged a ticket with Email support as chat support refused to help me, and it will be 4 days in a few hours that i have not received any response.
    Doesnt look like the forums really have the capacity to deal with this kind of issue either =/
    At this rate if the issue is not resloved by the time my sub lapses it wont be renewed if the problem cant be fixed..

    6 days without a response at all from SE through the support ticket. Looks like im going to have to get a refund and find another game...
