    Ejected from queue for "inactive account" when account is active

    Date & Time: 8:20PM CST
    Frequency: On login
    World name: Midgardsormr
    Character name: Garden Gnome
    Party or solo: Solo
    Area and coordinates: Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks
    Steps:
    1. Attempt to login, wait in queue
    2. Queue stops at 977 with an error message stating that the account either needs to re-subscribe or buy the latest expansion to log in
    3. Check MogStation for account status; Shadowbringers is registered to the account and subscription is current
