    The answer to the problem in XIV shouldn't be "screw all other mages out of a cure, to keep white mage relevant." We should be asking for adjustments to the class/job system... Find ways, like the sub job system, to keep jobs like blm from ever having a way to compete with whm for main healer. The Armoury System is the problem here. It's too hard to balance with it's current design.

    Anyway, my point is....the recent update to the Armoury System wasn't good enough. They need to implement some sort of Armoury/Sub-job System hybrid.
    I hate to call you out but how can a smn/whm replace a whm but not a blm/whm could not and yet they have the same tools. lulz

    That's the healer's duty, and Black Mage was engineered to not be a healer. Specialization sort of needs to happen in MMOs.

    This game has a unique structure that honestly works. The classes will eventually branch into multiple jobs, and further when they add more classes (and by extension more jobs).

    This is exactly what I'm looking forward to. Right now, the job system is a good addition to an otherwise tenuous structure (in my opinion). It has a lot of potential for further growth.

    sorry when i mean pointless i mean for some reason its hit or miss doesn't seem to work plus i thin a cure or a drain would be just a tad bit better then a monk ability

    Second Wind isn't a "monk" ability, it's a cross class ability that's a self heal, called Second Wind. It's generic. There's nothing inherently "monk" about it.

    I also have serious doubt that it's hit or miss. What does that even mean? Like, you mis-clicked your mouse and used another skill instead, or what?

    when i hit the button it doesnt work says not ready almost the timer isnt working, im looking for more of a drain i thinkg puglist more of a mnk thf is all.
