What bothers you most about the current synthesis system?

I don't think crafting should be faster, it needs that point where it will stop some folks from lvling it, like me, so everyone in game wont have all crafts to 50, there are tons of ppl who wont craft right now and making it faster will just make them want to do it.

so why is not having many crafters a good thing? the only answer I can come up with is greed.
